RAM cards for Duo are not compatible with other machines except PowerBook150. And they are so expensive! You should be careful because price of RAM is quite defferent by shops.

Unlike desktop machines with 3.5inch hard disk, all PowerBooks use 2.5inch internal hard disk. As for Duo, most hard disks shouold be SCSI type though, 2300C and Duos upgraded to PowerPC can use both SCSI and IDE disks.

FSTN: Supertwist Nematic LCD
TFT: Active Matrix LCDFSTN describes the indication style of liquid cristal, on the other hand, TFT shows its driving method -- using different naming system!
Anyway, FSTN display is generally slow in indication and low in contrast. TFT is better in this sense giving beautiful and clear view, however, it is very expensive. TFT displays are widely used nowadays.
Resolution of Duo's display is 640*400 pixcels or 640*480 pixcels. Although color models have larger display, it becomes small screen when using 32000 colors display, which is a little bit annoying...
If your Duo's display needs to be replaced, there are several possibilities. Duo's logic board can work with some other types of Duo's LCDs so you can change your Duo's face!
The compatibility between Duo's logic board and LCD is summarized in the table below. Thanks to Big Muff san! :-p
