By the way, there is a website I would like to newly introduce you -- JAPAN APPLE WATCH, providing Apple products related information and some unique projects by Japanese Apple users. What is more, this page is written in English! :-p This page is not specialized in Duo or PowerBook though, you better check it out. *** |

| 23/10/99 | Hello... :-p It has been a while -- yes, I know. Since the server I connect to has changed its system, I did not have a proper access to the Internet. Nothing was wrong on my side, I believe. But the funny thing is, just after I upgraded Netscape from version 4.04 to 4.05, everything, even other internet applications, is back to normal now. (Thanks to your advice, Chunky-san!) What the hell was that??? Anyway, there is a bloody Windows desktop machine on my desk now. (Thanks again, Chunky-san!) What am I going to do with this... One good thing about it is that this ugly machine makes my lovely PB look even more beautiful. :-) *** |
| 29/8/99 | During the summer, a small electric fan is my best friend. :-p It refreshes me with lukewarm breeze. But, this often bothers my allergic nose, so it actually brows towards my PB (and my hands). I find this rather nice. It keeps my PB cool as well. I mean, the high temperature in PB sometimes causes troubles. I wonder what I would do in the winter... :-p And, I would like to introduce a brand-new website about Duo -- DuoTIME by Kobayashi-san (sorry, in Japanese only!). It is always good to know that we are not alone. :-p *** |

I have never seen any astronomical events, not even one single shooting
star, so I went down south to witness this once in a lifetime show. It was
cloudy, typical British wheather :-p, so the sun was not actually seen at
all. But you must be there! Someone said that 99.5% eclipse was nothing,
and it was true. As the sun was eclipsed, it got slightly darker though,
the real darkness came only for two minutes of the totality. It was a strange
but breathtaking moment. :-) |
